Asinan Buah

BAHAN:
2 buah mangga manalagi, kupas, iris tipis
1 buah nanas, kupas, iris bentuk kipas
3 buah kedondong, kupas, potong panjang
1 bengkuang, kupas, iris tipis
3 buah salak, kupas, buang biji, iris bulat
200 gr pepaya mengkal, iris

Kuah:
1 liter air
8 buah cabai merah besar, haluskan bersama 7 cabai rawit merah dan 1/2 sdt terasi
1/2 sdt garam
3 sdm ebi kering, rendam, haluskan
300 gr gula pasir
1 sdm garam
3 sdm cuka masak
Pelengkap: 250 gr kacang tanah goreng

CARA MEMBUAT:

Kuah: didihkan air dengan cabai merah halus dan terasi. Masukkan gula, garam, dan cuka. Masak sebentar lalu saring, dinginkan.
Cuci bersih buah segar, tiriskan. Taruh dalam pinggan lalu tuangkan kuahnya. Simpan dalam lemari pendingin sedikitnya 4 jam.
Sajikan dingin dengan taburan kacang goreng.

Fruit pickle

MATERIALS:
Manalagi 2 mangoes, peeled, thinly sliced
1 pineapple, peeled, sliced into fan
3 kedondong fruits, peeled, cut length
1 yam, peeled and thinly sliced
3 fruits, peeled, cored, thinly round
200 gr mengkal papaya, sliced

Mayonnaise:
1 liter of water
8 large red hot pepper, cayenne pepper puree with 7 red and 1 / 2 tsp shrimp paste
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons dried shrimp, soak, puree
300 gr sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Cook 3 tablespoons vinegar
Complement: 250 grams fried peanuts

HOW TO MAKE:

Sauce: boil the water with fine chili and shrimp paste. Put the sugar, salt, and vinegar. Cook briefly and then filtered, cooled.
Wash fresh fruit and drain. Place in a bowl and pour the cooking liquid. Store in refrigerator at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled with a sprinkling of fried peanuts.
