Asinan ala Gedong Dalem

Bahan :
1. Gula 1/2 kg direbus di dalam 2 gelas air.
Dinginkan.
2. Cabe merah 1 biji, kalau suka pede ya tambahin aja
3. 1 1/2 siung bawang putih,
4. 10 ebi diuleg halus.
5. Garam
6. vinegar/cuka sesuai selera (kalau ada sih cuka
aren, hasilnya lebih yahud...)

Haluskan cabe merah dan bawang putih.
masukkan bumbu halus dan ebi halus ke dalam air gula.
Aduk rata
Tambahkan cuka secukupnya (kecutnya sesuai selera aja.
Diamkan di kulkas semalam.

Siap disajikan bersama sayuran dan atau buah-buahan
yang sudah dipotong/dirajang/diirisi sesuai selera.

Material:
1st. Sugar 1 / 2 kg boiled in 2 cups water.
Chill.
2. 1 red pepper seeds, if you add the likes pede aja
3. 1 1 / 2 cloves garlic,
4. 10 diuleg delicate shrimp.
5. Salt
6. vinegar / vinegar to taste (if there's vinegar
palm, the result is more yahud ...)

Puree the red pepper and garlic.
enter finely ground spices and dried shrimp into the sugar water.
Stir well
Add vinegar to taste (optional kecutnya aja.
Refrigerate overnight.

Ready to be served with vegetables and or fruits
that have been cut / torn / diirisi according to taste.
