Bahan:
~ 350 gr tepung beras, lembabkan dgnmencipratinya dgn air hingga beratnya menjadi 500 gr
~ 200 gr gula pasir
~ 200 gr tapai singkong, buang tengahnya, haluskan
~ 200 cc santan panas
~ 200 ml air soda
~ 1/2 sdt soda kue
~ 1 bungkus vanili
~ 1/2 sdt garam
~ 1/2 butir kelapa parut setengah tua
~ pewarna makanan secukupnya

Cara:
~ masukkan tepung beras dalam panci, gula pasir, tapai singkong serta santan panas. Aduk hingga hancur dan merata. Campurkan air soda,soda kue, vanili, dan garam. Aduk lalu saring. Beri warna sesuai selera.
~ Panaskan kukusan, masukkan cetakan yg telah diolesi minyak, tuang adonan ke dalamnya. Kukus selama 25 menit. ( Bungkus tutup kukusan dgn serbet supaya uap air tidak jatuh ke atas kue).
~ Hidangkan dgn kelapa parut.

Material:
~ 350 gr rice flour, moisten with water until the weight dgnmencipratinya to 500 gr
~ 200 gr sugar
~ 200 gr tapai cassava, discard the core, puree
~ 200 cc of hot coconut milk
~ 200 ml soda water
~ 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
~ 1 pack vanilla
~ 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
~ 1 / 2 grated coconut and a half old
~ Enough food coloring

Ways:
~ Add the flour in a pan of rice, sugar, cassava and coconut milk tapai heat. Stir until crushed and flattened. Mix soda, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Stir and strain. Give the color according to taste.
~ Heat the steamer, who had been oiled mold enter the oil, pour batter into it. Steam for 25 minutes. (Wrap the lid and steam with a napkin so that moisture does not fall into the cake).
~ Serve with coconut grate.
