Baked Sandwich Roll

Bahan:
10 lembar roti tawar tanpa kulit
Margarin ato butter secukupnya untuk mengoles roti dan menumis
1 ikat bayam, bersihkan. Blansir, peras & cincang

Isian daging:
200 gram daging cincang
50 gr bawang bombay cincang kasar
4 siung bawang putih cincang halus
½ sdt garam /secukupnya
¼ sdt lada halus
¼ sdt pala bubuk
5 sdm saus tomat (kalo suka bisa dilebihin)
100 ml air kaldu

Kocok jadi satu sampe rata:
3 butir telur
3 sdm parmesan bubuk (bisa diganti keju edam parut)
350 ml susu cair (aku pilih evaporated)
¼ sdt garam /secukupnya
¼ sdt lada halus
1 sdm seledri/peterseli cincang

Topping:
5 sdm saus tomat
75 gr keju cheddar parut

Cara:
Tipiskan roti tawar dengan cara digilas pake rolling pin ato botol, olesi dengan margarin/butter.
Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay sampe kekuningan, masukin daging cincang, bumbu2 dan saus tomat, tuangi air kaldu & masak dengan api kecil
Ratakan adonan daging diatas setiap lembar roti tawar, ratakan bayam cincang diatasnya, gulung sambil dipadatkan.
Susun roti gulung bertumpuk dalam loyang loaf yang telah dialasi baking sheet, tuangi adonan telur, diamkan 10 menit agar telur terserap.
Oven dengan api sedang sampe mateng (biasanya 30 menit).
Keluarkan dari oven, segera olesi saus tomat dan taburi cheddar parut. oven kembali selama 5-10 menit. angkat, potong2 dan sajikan hangat

Tips :
Kalo suka rasa itali bisa ditambahin italian herbs ke dalam adonan isi.
