Apricot Cheese Pralines

Bahan:
110 gr  cheese cream
75 gr   icing sugar
30 gr   selai apricot
300 gr  milk cooking chocolate compound, lelehkan.

Cara membuat:

Bahan isi :
- Kocok cheese cream dan icing sugar hingga tercampur rata, masukkan selai apricot, aduk. Tuang semua bahan ini kedalam plastik segitika, sisihkan.
- Siapkan cetakan coklat, taruh dalam freezer hingga dingin.
- Tuang sedikit coklat leleh pada cetakan, gunakan kuas untuk melapisi dindingnya, bekukan dalam freezer lagi.
- Tuang bahan isi kedalam coklat beku tadi, bekukan lagi.
- Tuang lagi coklat leleh diatasnya, bekukan lagi, lalu keluarkan dari cetakan. Siap dikemas.
